Safety & Victim’s Advocacy Foundation
Giving a Voice, Support, and Hope to the Forgotten.
SVAF stands for prevention, compassion, accountability, and justice for victims of accidents and negligence.
Our Mission
Safety & Victims Advocacy Foundation (SVAF)
The Safety & Victims Advocacy Foundation (SVAF) is a charitable organization founded to give a voice, support, and hope to victims who are too often forgotten. SVAF focuses exclusively on victims of road accidents, fire incidents, industrial and natural disasters, and official negligence—people who are frequently left to struggle alone with injuries, trauma, and loss, without accountability or support from those responsible.
SVAF was founded by Ali Sallah, himself a victim of multiple road accidents. Despite medical recommendations for treatment abroad, financial limitations made such care impossible. Rather than seek support solely for his own condition, the founder chose to channel his experience into building an organization dedicated to preventing future tragedies and ensuring that victims do not suffer in silence.
Founder Message
Ali Sallah
The Safety & Victims Advocacy Foundation (SVAF) was founded not only in response to a need, but in response to lived experience.
As a survivor of a life-altering incident, I have witnessed firsthand the long and often invisible journey that follows tragedy. Beyond the immediate harm, victims frequently face isolation, inadequate support, and systems that fail to acknowledge their suffering or address the causes of preventable loss. This reality is not unique to one country or community it is a global challenge.
SVAF was established to address this gap.
Our foundation works to support victims of road accidents, fires, industrial incidents, natural disasters, and official negligence by amplifying their voices, advocating for accountability, and promoting safety and prevention. We believe that effective victim advocacy must be rooted in empathy, strengthened by evidence, and sustained through partnerships.
